Car Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. To rent a car without a driver, the renter must have a Class A license ( for domestic or Indonesian residents ) and an International Driving License (for foreigners). Please also provide your hotel information (including room number), mobile phone number, and a photo of your ID card or passport, along with your SIM A/International Driving License via WhatsApp to our admin. Your personal information will be kept confidential and not used for any unlawful purposes.
  2. Payment: All payments must be made in advance, either in cash (US Dollars, Euro, AUD Australian, or IDR Rupiah), via PayPal, or by credit card (with a 3% fee). Payments can also be converted to other major currencies at the time of vehicle pickup when signing the rental contract. Please note that a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed amount will apply, and it is non-refundable if you change your mind.
  3. The price for renting a self-drive car includes basic all-risk insurance. In the event of damage, the renter is responsible for repair costs, starting from USD $60 per panel ( small Damage ), with a maximum liability of USD $500 (including repair time costs).
  4. If the renter uses the car beyond the 24-hour rental period, an overtime charge of USD $5 per hour will apply. For usage exceeding 6 hours, the rental will be considered as one full day.
  5. For car rental without a driver (Self Drive), car use is only allowed for the island of Bali area. The Renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter.
  6. We reserve the right to unilaterally reject or cancel the lease for valid reasons, such as incomplete or unclear tenant information.
  7. USD$ $ 10 / 50 / 100 / 200 Depending of vehicle, Will be change if you lost the ignitions key. And USD$ 2 /100 will charge if you lost the original vehicle registration.
  8. Enjoy free car delivery min 7days rental to (Ubud area, Sanur, Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Jimbaran, and Nusa dua, and Airport) during business hours from 08.30am to 18:00pm, Additional charges will apply for deliveries after hours.
  9. Delivery outside of business hour or to location not mentioned above will incur fees starting at USD $20, please contact our admin for more detail information.
  10. A photograph of the renter will be taken for identification purposes.
